A garden room only earns its keep if you can use it in January as easily as July. That means it has to be built like a building, not a shed with a nice front — insulated walls, floor and roof, a weathertight envelope, and power and lighting run in properly.
We build bespoke, insulated garden rooms across East Kilbride and the surrounding area for home offices, studios, gyms and quiet retreats. Because it's joiners building it, the detail and finish are held to the same standard as work inside the house.

Scope
What a garden room includes
- Insulated timber-frame structure — walls, floor and roof
- Weathertight cladding and roofing
- Full insulation for year-round use
- Internal lining, flooring and finishing
- Doors, windows and glazing
- First and second fix ready for power and lighting
The detail
Built for all four seasons
The difference between a garden room you love and one that becomes storage is insulation and build quality. We don't cut corners on the parts you can't see, because those are the parts that keep it warm, dry and usable when the weather turns.
Sizes, layouts and finishes are yours to decide. We'll help you land on something that suits the garden, the budget and the way you'll actually use the space.

More than garden rooms
Not just garden rooms
A garden room is often just the start. Because we're joiners and builders first — not a flat-pack shed company — we can take on the whole outdoor space, not only the building that sits in it.
From the decking it stands on to a pergola over the patio, raised planters, fencing and the groundworks that tie everything together, it's one team for the room and the garden around it. That means fewer contractors to chase, one point of contact, and a finish that actually matches from one end of the garden to the other.

Decking
Hardwood and composite decking, built dead level and worked around trees, slopes and the awkward corners a standard kit can't handle.

Pergolas & patios
Pergolas, canopies, slatted screens and paved patios that turn a garden into a space you can actually use in any weather.

Landscaping & groundworks
Raised planters, fencing, paving and the solid groundworks behind a garden that's built to last — not just to look good on day one.

Common questions
Garden Rooms, answered
Can I use a garden room all year round?
Yes — that's the whole point of building it properly. Full insulation and a weathertight build mean it stays comfortable through a Scottish winter, not just the summer.
Do I need planning permission for a garden room?
Many garden rooms fall under permitted development, but it depends on size, height and placement. We'll flag anything that looks like it needs checking with the local authority.
Can you run electrics out to it?
We build it first-and-second-fix ready and coordinate with a qualified electrician for the power and lighting so it's done safely and to regulation.
